C++ for C programmers Class Archive
Description
This is an archive of class materials presented in February 2018, October 2018, and September 2019. This class teaches idiomatic C++ to C programmers. We focus on two aspects of the language. First, we explain object-oriented programming. Secondly, we discuss mechanisms, especially for parameter passing and memory management, where C++ has improved options, and the C mechanisms should be avoided.
